How to generate HTML with Adobe XD from a design comp?

Hi,

Is there a way to process an existing design comp, e.g. a Photoshop .psd file and have Adobe XD create the actual website structure / HTML from it — to a quality level that is typically used as a first pass by a Web Design Company? This doesn't necessarily need to be a one step process, any insights would be appreciated.
