      Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the delay in response. As of April 2022, Starter plan users will have two opportunities to try out the full capabilities of XD at no cost for 7 days. Upon canceling the trial, you will return to the Starter plan. 

       

      You may download the starter version of XD from here: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/get-started.html, which might help you.

       

      Let us know if you're able to use the starter version of XD. We will try our best to help.
