How to hide certain layers during Preview?

I want to have annotated graphics that are shown in Design and Prototype screens, but do not show when Previewing.  Is this possible? It seems layers are always on or off, but not in context to the view mode.

You can create a tap point and animate the annotated graphics on tap on that tap point. Create a rectangle, reduce it's opacity to 0 so it's not visible and animate it. Then tell people you want to share your design with where to click and it will show up. They can hide them the same way.

Can you place the annotated graphics on the pasteboard? Items on the pasteboard will show up in Design and Prototype but not when you preview.
