How to install Fonts?

I donot have a subscription of creative cloud. And I cannot find some Fonts in fonts.adobe.com. So is there away to upload my own fonts. Like I want to use Ikaros Font ( https://befonts.com/ikaros-font.html ) which is free to use  ( and downloadable ) but I cannot find it on adobe fonts.

So is there a way that I download that font and maybe paste it in any folder on my laptop from where Adobe Xd can read that font and I can happily create my  designs.
