How to learn UX more effectively and become a pro in the field

Hello everyone, I am new here and would like to seek your help/advice on how to build expertise in the field of UX design. In fact, I am doing a career reorientation and would like to build epertise in UX design. Actually, I am pracyicing/learning mainly on Adobe XD. I am wonderning if anyone of you can share with me any recommandation (a program to subscribe to or other means of learning).
