How to make a movable background image in XD

Question

Hello everybodyI would like to create a very simple app of a RulerA still image in front with transparent holes and a first ruler and a background image with the second rulerBy sliding your finger on the mobile phone left and right, you should only move the image below, aligning the two rulers in a simple wayCan it be done with XD?Thank you
