How to open downloaded file from plugin in XD document programmatically.

Hello,

I am downloading files with .ai extensions. I want to open that file as a XD document programmatically right after download completed. I searched XD platform for it but unable to found any solution.

Help me out..!

    Thanks for reaching out. You can import the AI file in XD by following the suggestion shared here: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/user-guide.html/in/xd/help/working-with-external-assets.ug.html#illustrator

    Hello Rishabh,

    Thanks for your response. I followed the link provided by you. I can't find any solution to open the file without a manual process. Is there any API that I can call to open the file through plugin?
