How to publish an Adobe XD app

Hi there,

I've created a new app with Adobe XD and I would like to distribute it to my friends for testing before the official release. One problem I run into (both with distribution and later the general release) is that I do not know how to publish it as a standalone app (not having to access my adobe account through the iOS XD app to run my app). In the past, I've been able to publish apps with Xcode and I am wondering if there is a way to do this with XD. If not, totally understandable as I am somewhat new to XD and inexperienced with the interface and all of its capabilities. Looking forward to any replies.

Thanks!

There isn't such a mechanism as yet. Like you currently pointed out, Adobe XD is more of a prototyping tool. To recreate your design in the application of your choice, you will have to migrate it to the corresponding editor and recreate your site or application using the assets exported from Adobe XD.

I've done some research since posting this and I've discovered that XD is more of an application for prototyping, not actually creating a functional app. Since it works fine as a prototype, is there a way to export it to Xcode without having to write new code and recreate the artboards?
