How to share my XD design with my client?

I'm new to using XD, and I have one burning question.
Where does my work will be stored when done? I mean when I make an app or website, do I have to provide my client(s) a link so they can use/see/use my work?

You can host your website / app anywhere you like. However if you want to distribute your app through App Store then you need to submit it to Apple / Google.

So if it's a website. or web-based material, I have to provide an URL. Can I have a hosting party of my choise, or dos it have to be in some sort of apple enviroment/cloud?
