How to share XD libraries in FRL environment?

Hello Experts,

I have an FRL customer that is wondering if there is any way to download XD libraries and share the libraries with the team.

As we know FRL XD doesn't come with share functions, including the libraries. In Photoshop they can download the libraries as a local files and share them but seems that we can't do the same in XD.

Could any one please advice a workaround to meet this need?

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Hao Huang,

Thank you for reaching out to us. While it is not currently possible to share XD libraries directly from FRL, there are a few workarounds you can try to share your libraries with your team.

  • One option is to export the library as a Creative Cloud Library file (.cclib) and share that file with your team. They can then import the library into their own Creative Cloud Libraries panel in XD. To export a library as a .cclib file, simply right-click the library in the Libraries panel and select "Export."
  • Another option is to manually share the assets in the library with your team by downloading them as individual files and sharing them via email, cloud storage, or another file-sharing service.

Please let me know if this is what you're looking for or If I misunderstood your question. I am also keeping the discussion open for our expert's suggestions.

We will try our best to help.

Thanks,

Harshika
