How to toggle overlay screen and object color at the same click

When I try to toggle the color and an overlay screen at the same time It doesn't work, Only does one, first the color and after the overlay screen, which means two clicks to toggle both states and after that I can just re toggle the overlay screen, the color won't change again. 

Can anybody help me plz
