How to Vertically dragg a card up and down?

Hi there, i am trying to design an app where i am using cards which i want to move up and down with drag effect. but i dont get the animation properly as the card below overlaps the first card and the first card moves up over the hambuger menu & profile pic at the top. I want the cards to move up & down smoothly so that the first card moves up and behind the hamburger & profile pic, also the second card should move with the first card so that the second card becomes the main card.

You can see the video in which the drag animation is done smoothly. I was inspired with the design and animation, so i want to get the exactly same animation for my design as well. Kindly help
