I am getting 4005 error while generating the link

Please let me know what should I do to resolve this error and can easly generate public link for my prototype.

      Hi Anubha,

       

      Sorry to hear about the trouble, we'll try our best to help you with it. Could you please share a few more details like:

       

      1. A screenshot of the About XD info page and the Operating System.
      2. Are you getting this error on a specific file?
      3. As you mentioned you are able to generate a public link so is it like that you are getting this error while using a specific preset while sharing?
      4. Please try signing out of XD and Adobe CC desktop app > Close CoreSync and all Adobe related process > Sign back on Adobe CC Desktop app and launch XD from there and try again to publish the link.
