i am not able to  retrieve my previous prototype URL’s

    Hi Chandrashekar,

     

    Thanks for writing us, Could you please elaborate the issue ? Is the prototypes links missing in the document .

     

    Also please share us following information:

    1. Which version of XD and OS you are currently using ?

    2.  Are you facing  problem with prototype in any browser or within the App?

      HI Rajasekhar

      basically, i am using Window 10 Enterprise, 16 GB ram 64-bit operating system
      and Adobe XD v 37.1.32
      so i try to open the project ...its keep crash and not able keep the existing URL's i have to regenerate the New Url's link
      even not able over wright XD file

      Thanks for sharing the  information . Is it crashing every time when you open a document which have existing links? .Seems like there are two different issues (based on  information.you have shared,) one is crash and other is missing existing links . Could you please share the logs collected through https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html .

       

      Also please share a video demonstrating the issue .
