I am not able to use overlay below the Viewport height on an artboard.

I want to use the overlay option outside of the viewport height line. It seems like adobe is preventing me from doing that and it's ruining my workflow. Please help.

      Oh, I see. That's very disappointing, I really hope they fix this soon.
