i can not change the app language in Adobe XD

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear that you're having trouble in using language settings inside XD.As you have mentioned changing language from english to chinese inside XD works fine for you  but after you restart XD still shows in english. Have you tried changing language settings from creative cloud app? If not, please can u try changing language settings from creative cloud app using the steps mentioned in the below link:
