I can't collaborate with my team for over 3 weeks

I don't know what's been happening for over 3 weeks, it's always showing invite error, and my team and I are using premium adobe cloud. please who has a solution, I have signed out and in so many times still, there is no improvement

    Are you using a corporate network or VPN? They may be blocking this traffic.

    we need more information to help you. Which version of Adobe XD are you using? Do you and your colleagues use the same software version? Does this problem occur with all files? Thank you
