i can't make a new document in adobe xd ( error code  3623)

and i have followed all the steps in help center but  i still have the problem

Hi Ahmeda,

Sorry that you are unable to create a new document in Adobe XD. I would like to confirm if you have tried the steps mentioned here: - Issue saving xd files to creative cloud?

If yes, I would request you to collect the logs using this tool: How to use the Creative Cloud Log Collector tool and share the link in a private message.

I also have the same problem. I did everything according to what has been posted in adobe site, and nothing works.
