I can't open a local design file: "There was an error opening the file (Error code: 47)"

Hi all, 

I'm having a very critical error. I can't open my local design file. Everytime I try to open the file I'm receiving this message: "There was an error opening the file some_file_name.xd (Error code: 47)."

Please help!
