I can't open files -- sync error

I already try all the options (Unistall, start from another device, etc) and i still dont have to some of my XD files, i lost some of my projects, helppppp

When i try to download the file and open from my comp, i get an error 86

Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the trouble while opening document in XD. As you have mentioned you are getting error 86 while opening downloaded files from open from your computer ,To Investigate your Issue could you please share a few more details like:

  1. The version of Adobe XD.
  2. Is this happening with a specific file or with multiple files?
  3. Are you facing the same Issue while opening  cloud document?
  4. Is it possible to share a video of your workflow in XD, so that  we can try to reproduce your Issue from our end.

Hi Chethan

 

Yesterday i made a lot of things and i some point the file started to work, i try to recap everithing

 

My computer is MacBookPro 2018, MacOs Monterey 12.1

Adobe XD 45.1.62.3 x64

Creative Cloud 5.1.2.1

 

I try all kind of things included downloading the files, but the result was always error 86 or this is not an Adobe XD file

 

At the end, the only solution i found was, unistall all the extensions of XD, unistall the App, restart in safe mode to clean system, restart again, install adobe XD, wait with patience to the open process of the file (Has take 4 or 5 times the normal time) and then install again the extensions
