    1. The version of XD and OS.
    2. Is this happening with a specific link or multiple links?
    3. Have you tested this on a different browser?
    4. Are you connected to a enterprise network or a private network?

    Hi, thank you for your feedback. 

     

    1. I didn't use XD for 2 years. Today I downloaded the latest version

    2.  I don't know, I don't have others links to test

    3. Yes, Safari and Chrome

    4. Private network
