I can't open my XD nomatter how I reload it!

I was able to run the first time I installed it, soon I can't open it anymore, it's just a flash nomatter how hard I work on it.

Ironically,it's an user experience design software with bad experience.....

    I can't open my XD so I do't know the version(may be the latest version).


    Can you please check to see if your GPU driver is up to date? You'll need to go to your particular Graphics manufacturer (e.g. Intel or NVidia) to download and install the driver. This particular version of the OS seems to have invalidated a number of existing GPU drivers, and the driver manufacturers have been issuing new GPU drivers as a result.

    Hi,

    Can you please provide more information like which XD version and which OS?

    If you are on Windows (Beta version), then only solution we have is to use Adobe XD on latest official version of Windows.
