I can't redeem my reward Adobe XD from Coursera & Google.

Hi!

I am currently taking online class on Coursera and I've received a reward for 9 month subscription Adobe XD. I'm trying to redeem the reward but the Adobe partner offer site (https://www.adobepartneroffer.com/) is always down and I never can get my reward. I wonder how I could redeem this reward.
