I can't sync or enable sync to my library on XD, I click enable but it won't let me do it....

I can't sync or enable sync to my library on XD, I click enable but it won't let me do it....any ideas on why?

You can activate it from Creative Clound .Open CC Maneger click on the gear on the top rigth to open preferences

Make sure that your Creative Cloud application is running and that syncing is enabled in the CC app.
