I can't use 'sandollcloud' which is font service in AdobeXD

Question

Hi. I have problem in AdobeXD.

I've used 'sandollcloud'(https://www.sandollcloud.com/) which is font service in XD.

And my co-worker everyone use that service in XD.

But suddenly, it is not working in AdobeXD.

I tried

- redownload Adobe creative Cloud

- change adobe account

- reinstall sandollcloud app

- formatting computer

- change desktop

Still not working.

What can I do more for using sandollcloud in XD?
