I can't use the hand tool to move around in adobe XD help please

I use the space bar and then drag but the hand key doesn't move as if it is locked.

    Hi there,

     

    Thanks for reaching out. I tested this on my end on XD 33.1.12.4 on Win 10 and it seems to be working so could you please share a few more details like:

     

    1. The version of XD and OS.
    2. Is this happening on a specific file or all the files?
    3. Are you using a Wacom tablet?

    Can you please specify how the hand tool is selected in your device ?
    I found a method that works ( I had to hold the space bar and mouse, and
    then press shift and drag) it started working then but the process is much
    more complicated than it has to be
