I cant find which email to sign in to my paid account

I have tried a few of my email addresses but all of the want me to buy or trial when i already have a paid account

Have you installed and logged into the creative cloud app? Do you mean you have an Adobe Creative Cloud Pro subscription? You can search in your emailfor any emails from Adobe about your subscription to verify it's the right one.
