I do not receive verification code to get sign in to adobe Xd. After entering all my correct details ( id and password), it asks for verification code saying that "Enter the code below which we just sent on your mail, kumarkrihna.84c@gmail.com" which is a wrong mail. and it is not mine. Getting help and chat support from adobe, I changed my password and update my another mobile no. then sign in and then same story repeats. Then chat support said that your mail and this(mentioned mail) both are registered in adobe. so, it may be possible that adobe sent your code on that wrong mail, and redirected me to post your issue at adobe support community. so, please help me as soon as possible.

    I have fixed my problem by reinstalling Adobe XD software. So, I want to close my case which I posted on Adobe support community.

    I have fixed my problem by reinstalling Adobe XD software. So, I want to close my case which I posted on Adobe support community.
