Hi Adobe Support,

I'm facing the exact same issue. I'm unable to download any plugin ! Need help with this @HARSHIKA_VERMA

I was about to download the Custom Export Plugin and Lottiefiles plugin . I thought it was a plugin related issue, but apparently I'm getting the same error while trying to download any plugin whatsoever.

@Frank Ruopoli what plug-in are you referring? Like everything, companies come and go. There are some plugins that no work for XD or even their competitor such as Figma... so, what plug-in are you wanting to see what works or not?

One way to see if it works or not, is going to the creator's website and see if they have the plugin on their site. If their site is down, likely, the plugin is dead. But, if the website is up, then send them an email to see why it isn't working. It could be the new OS on the computer may not be able to handle the older software as not many updates are being made for XD
