I got 7-day trial instead of 9-month trough coursera reward

Can anyone help me to correct this error? 
I was supposed to get a 9-month complimentary subscription to Adobe XD, but instead I got the regular 7-day trial. 
I can´t redo the process since the code for claimng this reward is used already. Is there anyone else that this has happened to, and how did you fix it?

      Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could it be possible that the code was redeemed on a different Adobe ID, and you're signed in with another ID? If that doesn't help, please contact us directly using this link. We'll try our best to assist you.

      I have no idea. I only have one Adobe ID and that´s what I used when the link finally worked.

      I now see that I created a new account using my other email when I was going to redeem..  but somehow Adobe found my other account and I was offered to log in with that, and so I did. Mayby that´s why it went wrong?
