Question

Images are gone from XD files after update

After updating my XD to version 57.1.12.2 I'm seeing a lot of empty frames with "Loading..." instead of the images that I had in my files... Does anybody know how to restore them?

Hi Rishabh,

That didn't help as you can see below. All those shapes with Loading... in them are screenshots that are currently missing.
The file is not local. The XD version is 57.1.12.2

Hi,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try the steps shared below:

-Sign out of the XD & CC desktop app.

-Close CoreSync and all Adobe-related processes from the Task Manager/Activity Monitor.

-Reboot the computer.

-Sign back in on the CC Desktop app and launch XD from there to check again.

If this doesn't help, can you confirm if it's happening with just one file or multiple files and is it a local document or cloud document?

Thanks

Rishabh
