[Import & Export]-Unable to open a Sketch file in XD gives error: name: argument must be a string.

"name: argument must be a string, null or undefined" I uninstalled Creative Cloud and reinstalled again. It still shows the error and gets interrupted in the process of opening the sketch file. It used to work before, not sure what changed. Help!

Hi Atousa,

 

That's quite strange and sorry to hear you're experiencing issues while opening the Sketch file in XD. Would you mind trying to uninstall both XD and Creative Cloud using this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html and then try to reinstall both?
