Impossible de renommer un composant ou de changer une dimension

Bonjour,

 

XD se bloque tout seul et il m'est impossible de renommer un composant (ou n'importe quel élément), tout comme il m'est impossible de changer la dimension d'un élément depuis le panneau de contrôle en faisant par exemple : L : 350 + 11 (XD n'écrit pas le " + ").

 

Je suis obligé de fermer XD constament pour que ça refonctionne (plus de 30fois par jour) et de le réinstaller 3fois par semaine.

      Thank you for reaching out. I am unable to reproduce the issue at my end on a windows machine and on XD 55.2 version. We would love to investigate the issue. Please share the below details-

      • Could you please confirm the details of your operating system and the XD version installed on your machine?
      • Does that happen randomly or every time?
      • Please record a video of the issue so that we can escalate it to the product team for investigation.

      Hi @HARSHIKA_VERMA,

       

      I'm on Windows 11 Professional, I have an Intel core i7-12700K and I have the last version of XD (55.2.12).

       

      It happens every time, just this morning for example, that happen 3 times in 1 hour.

       

      Sorry, I can't post a video, because i work on private data and I don't have the autorisation to post the video on this forum, but if it's possible I can transfer you the video by mail or other.

        Thank you for sharing the requested information. Does that happen with a specific file or all the files? Are you connected to an external keyboard? Is it happening only with XD or with other Adobe apps as well?
