In the property inspector I don't have the shadow option

Hello everybody,

   I have a problem and a mystery at the same time

   In the property inspector I don't have the shadow option

   Adobe XD, I got it from Adobe Creative Clound.

   Does anyone have any ideas?

    Hi There,

     

    Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear that you're having trouble in using shadow in XD.Basically shadow In Property Inspector will appears only when you have object/shape inside an artboard so make sure you have an object  selected inside an artboard to see shadow for that selected object in Property Inspector also, could you please share a few more details like:

     

    1. The version of XD
    2. The MAC or WIN version which you are working on.
    3. Is this happening on a specific file or all the files?
    4. Also Is it possible to share a video of shadow workflow which you are trying to create or working so it will be useful to reproduce the issue. Tried to reproduce the issue from our end on latest XD version-38.1.12.2., but couldn't able to reproduce it, so please share the above mentioned  details.
