Thank you for sharing the requested info, @Nishan Singh. Are you connected to the external monitor? Could you please open XD in safe mode and let us know if that helps?

I am here to help.

Thanks,

Harshika

The problem was solved when I restarted my Computer. Thanks for your help.

Hi @Nishan Singh,

We are sorry to hear you're having trouble using XD. Would you mind telling us the version of XD installed on your machine? Does that happen with all files or with a specific file?

Have you tried signing out of XD, Creative Cloud Desktop, restarting the machine, and then signing back in?

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Harshika

Hi Harshika, thank you for your quick response.

I am using the latest version (55.0.12). I tried installing /uninstalling the XD, creative cloud as well. However, after restarting it resolved my issue. But, after some time, this problem arises, and then I restarted again.

Most of the time I have to restart my system to resolve this issue. I am not sure whether it is a software issue or a hardware issue.
