Inline Interactions

I am just trying to create an interactive prototype for an application of many artboards. I have designed a lot of artboards that have a common menu panel on the left and a top panel. 

How do I keep menu panel interactions inline as opposed to navigating to a completely different artboard.

Basically I'm expecting an inline menu interaction within the same artboard, or creating some kind of block for just the menu and use it dynmaically.
