insert an image

Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear you are unable to drag images into XD. Would you mind telling us if you are able to import images into XD? Please also try copy-pasting the image into XD and see if that is working.

I would suggest you to please go through the discussion after trying the alternatives I suggested and let me know if that helps.
