[Install]- Need help with "Canceling" installation issue for XD!

I am unable to download XD for a project because this "canceling" will not go away. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thank you!

Hi Cameron,

 

Thanks for reaching out. Kindly end or quit the below-mentioned process in Task Manager if you have Window's Operating System or in Activity monitor, if you have Mac Operating System and then relaunch Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App and then try re-installing.

Processes:-

  • Creative Cloud.exe
  • Adobe CEF Helper.exe
  • Adobe Desktop Service.exe
  • AdobeIPCBroker.exe
  • Adobe Installer.exe
  • AdobeUpdateService.exe
  • AdobeServiceInstaller.exe
  • CreativeCloud(URIHandler).exe
  • AAM Updates Notifier.exe
  • CCLibrary.exe
  • node.exe
  • CoreSync.exe
