Hi, i was trying to download adobe xd cc from creative cloud but i get the "not compatible" and not the "try" button. it says "the drivers must be compatible with DirectX 3D versions 10 or later"... but i have DX 12 installed.. so.. i dont know whats the problem i was able to use the beta. sorry if i misspelled something. and thanks

We are sorry to hear that you are facing this issue. It looks like your GPU Driver is of year 2012 and we need at least 2014 to install/run Adobe XD.
Can you please try upgrading your GPU Driver and let us know if it resolves the issue?
