Interaction Trigger Delay timing dropdown not working properly in Windows 10

Hi, I am trying to give the time trigger delay timings dropdown, but the dropdown menu not expanding properly, if I manually changing the time also not working, can you please fix this issue, it is frustrated sometimes

2. XD version you are using.

3. Is this happening all the time or just with a specific file?
