Inviting to document problem after the Individual VS Business account switch

As some of you know Adobe decided that we needed Indivitual accounts and Business accounts, Im one of the lucky ones to get 2 accounts with the same email address.
Problem: From within XD with my INDIVIDUAL account, it's now impossible to invite a user on their INDIVIDUAL account.
Eg. Let's say a user called Mike has email mike@acme.com, now ACME pays for the XD subscription via CC for Teams / Business for him and all the other designers within ACME. When I invite from my INDIVIDUAL account (me@acme.com) this user (mike@acme.com) the invites ends up in his business account. Same thing if mike@acme.com invites me@acme.com I dont see the invites and dont have access to these files. HOWEVER if I log out and log back in and choose BUSINESS account then I see all the invites.
PS. Using the BUSINESS account for working is not an option for us yet as all our files and libraries and everything is within our individual accounts, and I can't move the files from individual to business account.
Any thoughts on this? Surely we can't be the only company with this problem.
Proof that I have 2 accounts with same email address is the screenshot, as you see it's the same email address... How this has happened? I has previously access to this file, now I have been re-invited to the same file and it should not be possible to reinvite the same user on the same file.
