IP ERROR

When I try to open any apllication it says "Sorry, your sign-in doesn't match the IP range of your assigned lab. Please contact you IT Administrator." I couldn't figure it out why. I deleted all of the Adobe Files and installed again. But it still giving the same error. Can you please help me.
