Hi everybody, I have create all my screens in illustrator using the iphoneX presets but when I open it in adobe XD it's not the same size, it's much bigger than the Iphone X preset in XD. Somebody know why or a trick to make it correctly? Many Thanks 🙂 I'm on macos X

You can create a Custom Size artboard in XD, or edit the size of an existing artboard (there isn't automated way).

iPhoneX screen resolution is 1125 x 2436 (px) and the viewport size is 375 x 812 (px), ie it's a triple density screen.

Illustrator uses the resolution for the template size while XD uses viewport. You can either set the XD artboard to x3 size (if you do that you can generate @3x assets) or reduce the AI size to 1/3 to fit into the XD template, depending on your goal.

Ok many thanks 🙂 I understand why now
but how can I change the size of the boards automatically in x3 in XD to
fit with the ai templates?
I think it's easier to change the designs in illustrator, but I have remark
that some shapes are not recognized, like shapes on border, so I have make
a complete shape or , when it's complex, I have export a transparent PNG

thank you for your help 🙂
