Hi, I have read through the terms but there is no mention on the content we create using Experience Design Beta and if we can use the content we create for commercial purposes.

Can we use the content we create for commercial purposes and are there any restrictions?

Kind Regards,

Yes. Like other Adobe apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) that are meant for creative professionals, XD is also meant to enable people to create designs for commercial use. Adobe does not own or claim copyright to the content you design XD.

    Thanks Dan,

The only difference here is the software is still in Beta and for free. Adobe terms state that "Trial" software or labeled similar can only be used for personal use.

So where does Beta fall. As a trial or not?

I'm not a lawyer and haven't read the license agreement, but I'm sure Adobe would not want to limit people using XD, so I wouldn't worry about it.
