Is there any way to install the version 45.1.62.3

I need the version 45.1.62.3. Is there any way to install this version. I need it as my team members are creating files in that version. Which I can not open using 47 version, nor the 45.0 version. Any help would be appreciated .

    Unfortunateluy, Adobe really restricts the ability to use older versions. You should be able to open older versions, but they will be saved in the current version's format. Meaning this is a one-way trip for the file.

    I would be okay using the newest versions should I be able to open files created in older ones.

    Right now, that is not possible, as I recieve the following error when I try to open the file created in the 45.1.62.3 version. 

     

    Any advice would be highly appreciated.
