Isolation Mode

Hi there,

Isolation mode: double-clicking on component to enter an "edit" mode. Is there an article that explains isolation mode in detail? Playing around, I noticed clicking a component once and editing opacity only updates that one instance, despite it being the master component. However, if I double click and then update opacity from the master, all the linked components are updated as well. I was curious as to why this is.
