Issue opening online files (geographic area)

Hello,

 

I have an issue, when trying to open an online existing .xd file ... error message:

"Les services Creative Cloud ne sont pas activés ou ne sont pas disponibles dans votre zone géographique."

 

(from "recents files" or from https://assets.adobe.com,  the same).

 

This file, but not only this one : https://assets.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:EU:b4cfdb1f-d14c-40bd-bc9e-bee99f4dfe6c?view=difile

Thank you for your patience. Will it be possible for you to share the XD file and system logs by following the steps shared here? Before collecting the logs, please try opening the file and then collect the logs. Once the logs have been collected, please add both file to a shared location like Google Drive or DropBox and share the link through a private message by clicking on my name.
