Issue to export assets

Hi,

I have issues to export assets to web link.

Everything seems to be ok on Adobe xd side. Assets export  option are checked. In the Share menu, I have allowed the export but when I update the link, Assets are not available online. Old one are still there but new ones are not available. If I move an asset and update the link, I can see the modification online ... except that it's still not available to download despite that all export options are checked ...

If I take an asset from the faulty mockup and paste it in a XD doc, After generating a link, I am able to see it and download it. So, I guess it is related to the file.

I also tried to uncheck the export option from the share menu and it is not taken into account and old assets are still available to download online.

It looks like a bug ...

Any ideas are more than welcome.

Hi Vince,

 

Thank you for reaching out and sorry to hear you are unable to export assets. We would like to know the XD the OS version of your machine. Does that happen with this specific file? If yes, is it possible for you to share the XD file so that we can investigate the problem at our end? You can upload the file to a shared location such as CC or Dropbox and share the URL with me over a PM.

 

Have you tried marking all assets for export and see if all the assets are visible in the share property panel for download before creating a link?

Hi Harshika,

I am on mac.
OS is Catalina v.10.15.4

My version of adobe XD is 41.1.12.9 x64
Creative cloud Syncronisation version is 4.14.0.17

By the way, I was not able to find how to share file in adobe cloud (process describe in the help section is no more related to the current software.).

So, whatever the element I want to make available for developers, nothing is updated. Some are available but it's old ones.

Note that even if a uncheck the option to make resources availble it's not updated and people still have access to old assets.

Synchronization of resources is stuck in an old state. Nothing related to syncro is updated.

On the other hand all the mockups are well updated if there is a modification.
