Issue with Adobe XD for JIRA - Incompatible, requested update

Hi Team,

We have Adobe XD for JIRA for server version but it says incompatible and update requested.

Will the data be visible in these issues and how can we solve this issue?

The issue is bit urgent for us to be solved.
