Issue with Adobe XD: Random Freezing and Lagging.

Dear Support,

 

I am writing to report an issue I am currently experiencing with Adobe XD. Since yesterday, the software has been randomly freezing and lagging, making it frustrating to work and use.

The problem started two days ago, and I have tried several solutions to resolve it. I have updated Windows, updated my video card driver, and updated Adobe XD, but unfortunately, none of these actions have made a difference.

 

I have also noticed that XD requires more RAM than usual after I open a project. Once the project is opened, the RAM usage reaches 95%, but it gradually decreases over time to normal levels.

I have attached a video demonstrating the problem for your reference. I would appreciate any advice or guidance on how to resolve this issue.
